Makebook Support helps with accounts, books, exports, and privacy questions.
Our team’s email replies and your email replies can appear in the same in-app conversation when in-app messaging is available.
Only Makebook’s operator connects the dedicated support mailbox. Makebook uses that connection to copy in-app messages into the mailbox and synchronize matching support replies into the customer’s conversation. Customers do not need to connect their own Gmail inbox.
Makebook Support’s use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
